  • The taste of a ripe raspberry fresh from the plant is seriously hard to beat, and ‘Malling Jewel’ raspberries are some of the finest-flavoured around!
  • There’s nothing worse than looking forward to your bumper raspberry harvest only to find you’ve missed the boat and you’re left with a mushy mess. With ‘Malling Jewel’, however, there’s much less chance of that happening as the fruits of this summer-fruiting (floricane) variety retain their firmness on the bush for up to a week after ripening.
  • Eat your raspberries fresh, use them in jams and compotes, or bake them into crumbles, cakes and pies. Don’t worry if you’ve got a surplus, you can always freeze the extras.
  • This plant has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit as well as being certified as one of its Plants for Pollinators, so you know you’re getting something seriously good.
  • Tie your raspberry canes into a freestanding wire setup to help give them a little bit of extra support – it’ll also make picking easier, too!
