Aptly named, ‘Brilliant F1’ plants produce high-quality, flavourful sprout buds on tall, central stems
Slow-growing though these plants may be, taking several months before the sprouts are ready to harvest, the results are certainly worth the wait! Cook your sprouts in butter and garlic (chucking in some bacon for good measure) and you’ve got yourself a delectable seasonal side dish
Plant towards the end of spring and you’ll have Brussels sprouts ready to harvest throughout the autumn and even into winter. You can also plant later on in the year in autumn
