An early cropper, this variety is best planted in the spring to give you harvestable curds from the beginning of summer (however, you can also continue planting beyond spring; if planting in autumn, overwinter your cauliflower in a cold frame)
A great veg to help get kids growing, use your harvested cauliflowers to make a creamy cauliflower cheese dish, roast them whole with cumin and turmeric, or bread the florets and whack them in the air fryer (the world really is your brassica-flavoured oyster)
