Beetroots are easy to grow and ideal for beginners, with their classic globe shape, smooth purple skin and rich, earthy flavour.
Grate into salads, roast, pickle or make tarte tatin. You can even eat the leaves as salad leaves or cooked like spinach.
Grow in raised beds, borders or deep pots and harvest when the beets are no larger than a golf ball for the best flavour.
You will receive a strip of 24 healthy young plants, ready to grow on.
